Compact Pressure Transmitter (Analog)
SGK/SHG series transmitter products are an economical pressure transmitter, all of which are made of imported ceramic capacitors and diffusion silicon pressure sensor chips, which are anti-overload, anti-corrosion, anti-wear, anti-impact, wide range of working temperature, good stability, high measurement accuracy, analog temperature compensation according to the user's specific temperature range and digital compensation of the full temperature range with microprocessor, and direct output of standard signals, intelligent output at the same time with HART communication function. It has a wide range of applications, low cost, scientific structure, exquisite design and easy installation, and is favored by users.
SGK-C series dry ceramic capacitor chip transmitter uses an alumina ceramic sensor as a "dry measurement unit", and the process pressure directly acts on the solid corrosion-resistant ceramic diaphragm, so that the diaphragm is offset, and the capacitance change outputs an electrical signal value proportional to the pressure.
SGK-S series diffusion silicon transmitter uses the piezoresistive effect of monocrystalline silicon to diffuse four equivalent strain resistors by IC process technology to form a Wheatstone bridge.
The SGK series pressure transmitter can measure the pressure, differential pressure, negative pressure, and liquid level height of the object, and can be equipped with an LCD display for easy on-site observation.

Adjustment method
: Use a screwdriver to loosen the protective cover and fix the nut to remove the protective cover and female plug (do not rotate the Hersmann connector left and right when taking it off, so as not to break the internal circuit).
Step 2: Refer to the screwdriver above to adjust the size of the pressure switch point, increase it in the clockwise direction and decrease it in the counterclockwise direction.
